This service seeks to address cardiovascular disparities between Māori and non-Māori within the region. The main objective of this service is to develop and implement a high quality community cardiovascular rehabilitation service that is effective for Māori.

  • Iwi Health Workers

  • Healthy Lifestyle Choices
