    Support/Education

Māori with disabilities and kaumätua have an improved level of quality of life and independence. This will be achieved by facilitating improved access to disability support services and supporting Ngā Kakano through their contact with the needs assessment, service coordination (NASC Services) and referred services (Aged Residential Care, Home Support) process.

The staff will act as advocates during the delivery of services through providing guidance, advice and interpretation of individual and whanau needs for effective service delivery.
