A series of health visits and whānau support that is free to all tamariki from 6 weeks to 5 years of age

  • Contact your Mid wife and ask to be referred to Te Kōhao Health – Tamariki Ora

    If you don’t have a mid wife you can email direct to our Tamariki Ora nurse Kym Tipene including your name, number and needs to be addressed

    Alternatively, you can contact our reception via email or phone.

  • This is a publicly funded service for those who meet the eligibility criteria, please feel free to speak to one of our team members to check if you are eligible

  • Rāhina - Monday - 8:30am - 5:00pm

    Rātū - Tuesday - 8:30am - 5:00pm

    Rāapa - Wednesday - 8:30am - 5:00pm

    Rāpare - Thursday - 8:30am - 5:00pm

    Rāmere - Friday - 8:30am - 5:00pm

    Rāhoroi - Saturday - Closed

    Rātapu - Sunday - Closed
