Whānau Ora Services
At Te Kōhao Health, our Whānau Ora Navigators work alongside whānau to support them in achieving their goals. Using information gathered through the TKH needs assessment, Navigators help identify priorities, connect clients with appropriate services, and provide ongoing guidance and support throughout their journey.
