Founded by Wi kuki in 1994, Te Kōhao health has been supporting whānau for over 40 years in the social, health, education, cultural and justice space. From humble beginnings, the organisation has continued to evolve to meet the changing needs of our communities while remaining grounded in kaupapa Māori values.

Enrolling with Te Kōhao Health is simple and free. Complete our easy three-step enrolment pathway to register with our practice and gain access to a wide range of health and wellbeing services.

Complete Assesment form
Each client that wants to enrol will have to complete either a Whanau ora or Hauora pre assesment form. this will asses the clients needs which will help generate pathways and outcomes best suited the client and whanau.
